Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no nights, weekends, or on-call. The position covers two nearby communities, Vadnais Heights and North St. Paul, with a consistent rotating schedule and local travel between sites.

You will deliver resident-centered nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to update care plans. A Minnesota LPN license and accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Required:

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
