Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, Minnesota is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on weekends. You will administer medications, coordinate services, and document changes to keep residents safe and well.

This role requires Minnesota LPN licensure and availability every Saturday and Sunday. Prior senior living experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Minnesota required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability every Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Give medications and treatments and monitor residents' health.
• Coordinate medical services for personalized care.

• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Help train care staff to improve care practices.
• Follow all policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Give medications and treatments, and keep track of each resident’s health and well-being
• Coordinate medical services so residents get personalized care that fits their needs
• Document care accurately and report changes in condition to the RN, Director of Nursing, or provider
• Keep communication open with residents, families, and staff to build trust and support
• Help train and mentor care staff to improve care practices and resident satisfaction
• Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations

What You'll Need:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State of Minnesota (required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Availability every Saturday and Sunday (required)
• Previous experience in senior living preferred, but not required
