Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Full-Time role with Monday–Friday schedule, no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, across two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

As an LPN you will deliver resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor health, and help develop and update individualized care plans while collaborating with caregivers and leadership to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• Willing to train candidates with a passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
