Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. The position serves two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, with a consistent rotating schedule across locations, and no night or on-call shifts.

You will provide direct nursing care, manage medications, support care planning, and collaborate with caregivers and leadership to ensure safe, personalized resident care.

Qualifikationen

• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.

Position Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, compassionate, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing

Preferred (not required):

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
• We are happy to train the right candidate with a passion for senior care.
