Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex in Live Oak, FL. The LPN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN supervision, addressing diverse physical and behavioral health needs.

The role offers a 8am-4:30pm weekday shift with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Requires LPN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution located in Live Oak, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

SHIFT: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-430PM
