Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse at Holmes Correctional Institution in Bonifay, FL. The role provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and weekend rotation.

Requirements include Florida LPN license and CPR certification; corrections experience is not required. Must be able to obtain security clearance as part of the intake process.

We are currently seeking a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Holmes Correctional Institution located in Bonifay, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days, 7AM-7:30PM; every other two days, and every other weekend rotation.
