Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Suwannee Correctional Institution Annex team in Live Oak, Florida.

Under the supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff, the LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, addressing a spectrum of physical and behavioral health needs within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
LPN license or ability to obtain one required.
CPR certification required.
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision.
Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff.

We are currently seeking a PRN Practical Nurse to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution located in Live Oak, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
