Angels Care Home Health in Winslow, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN in clients’ homes, coordinating with families and the care team.

Candidates should have an accredited practical nursing program graduate, an active LPN license and a valid driver’s license, with home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years' LPN experience; home health preferred.
