Angels Care Home Health in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will coordinate with the care team, patients, and families to ensure quality home-health services.

The position requires an active LPN license, CPR, Hepatitis profile, and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred; opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package are offered.
