Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in WaKeeney, Kansas, to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under RN supervision. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

The role requires an active LPN license, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of LPN experience with home health preferred. CPR and Hepatitis profile verification are required. We value growth and long-term service with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.

• The primary function of the LPN is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in clients' residences.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
