Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support care plans in a resident-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the practice state.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
