Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs as prescribed, and support individualized care plans in fast-paced long-term care settings.
New grads are welcome; flexible schedules with day, evening, night shifts; daily pay option; benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance and employee perks.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- New grads are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
