Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. The role supports patient-first care with medication administration, IVs, and care plan implementation in long-term and skilled care settings.

The successful candidate will have an active LPN license, strong documentation skills, familiarity with EHR, and a commitment to teamwork and high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
