Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the posting state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed (if applicable).
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing staff when required.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.

Qualifications:
