Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for licensed nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role involves delivering direct care, administering medications, and supporting care plans for residents.

Ideal candidates will hold an active LPN license, demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills, and be comfortable with EHR/digital charting. Multiple shifts available, with day, evening, and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
