Job summary
Quality Talent Group is partnering with a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Kingston Springs, TN to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Positions available include full-time, part-time, and PRN with day, evening, and night shifts.
Ideal candidates will have an active LPN license, experience with medications, and strong charting skills. New grads are welcome, with daily pay options and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental & vision insurance.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
