Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for trusted skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
