Job summary

Community Care Family Medicine is seeking a Full Time LPN to join our team in New York. This 40-hour-per-week position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include vaccine administration, patient documentation, and ensuring efficient patient flow. Candidates must hold a NYS LPN license, have EMR experience, and be able to perform clinical procedures under provider direction.

Qualifications

• NYS LPN license is required.
• Experience as LPN in a medical practice is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into the lab system.

Our Community Care Family Medicine office is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

This is a 40 hour per week position.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour

• Valid NYS LPN license.
