Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time and full-time opportunities across long-term care and assisted living settings. Pay rate is $40-$42+ per hour, with weekly payments and flexible shifts.

Duties include medication administration, vitals, daily activities assistance, mobility support, and monitoring patient conditions. Active SD LPN license required; multi-state eligibility preferred; on-call support available.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• LPN license must be maintained with required qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care in long-term care facilities or assisted living settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Pass medications and monitor vitals.
• Observe patient condition and report changes to supervising staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
