Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. seeks Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/Contract staffing in long-term care facilities or assisted living settings.

Various shift options include DAYS / EVES / NOC with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. The role offers on-call support, $40-$42+ per hour paid weekly, and free continuing education credits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to pass medications and monitor vitals.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities and/or assisted living settings.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring changes in care, medications or equipment.
