Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support long-term care and assisted living settings. Positions include PRN, part-time and full-time contracts with day, evening, and night shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours).

Responsibilities include aiding daily activities, passing medications, monitoring vitals, and observing patients for changes in care. SD-based licensure and state eligibility are required; we offer weekly pay and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
