Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in South Dakota and nearby communities. We offer PRN, part-time and full-time contract opportunities with flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights) and weekly pay.

As an LPN, you’ll assist with daily activities, pass medications, monitor vitals, and support care in long-term care or assisted living settings. A valid LPN license and 18+ years old are required; multi-state eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and state eligibility.
• Multi-state eligibility preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is valued.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities and/or Assisted Living.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion.
• Check vitals.
• Observe for issues requiring changes in care or meds.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings


• Aide with daily activities


• Pass medications


• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises


• Check vitals


• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility


• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards


• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred


• Must be 18 years of age
