Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time, and full-time contracts across long-term care and assisted living settings. Competitive pay, flexible shifts, and on-call support ensure you can balance patient care with your schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, passing medications, monitoring vitals, and reporting changes in patient condition. Requires SD LPN license or multi-state eligibility and must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• LPN experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
