Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time, and full-time contracts across long-term care and assisted living settings. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour options. On-call support is available 24/7 and education credits are offered.

We welcome LPNs with active SD or multi-state licensure, ongoing certifications, and a passion for compassionate patient care. Positions pay $40–$45+ per hour and are paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (SD or multi-state reciprocity)
• LPN experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Maintains required certifications/qualifications

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities or assisted living
• Assist with daily activities and mobility
• Pass medications and monitor for side effects
• Check vitals and observe changes requiring care adjustments
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings


• Aide with daily activities


• Pass medications


• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises


• Check vitals


• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility


• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards


• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred


• Must be 18 years of age
