Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for flexible PRN/contract staffing across long-term care and assisted living settings. You will assist with daily activities, pass medications, and monitor vitals in patient care environments.

We offer pay rates of $40-$42+ per hour with weekly pay, multiple shift options (Days, Eves, NOC) and on-call support, plus free continuing education credits to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license within South Dakota or multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• LPN experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Assist with daily activities for patients.
• Pass medications to patients.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals and observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment.

Education

Active LPN license (SD or multi-state eligibility)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
