Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time and full-time contracts across long-term care facilities and assisted living settings. Duties include aiding daily activities, medicating, and monitoring patient vitals.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license in South Dakota or be eligible for multi-state licensure; 18+ and prior LPN experience preferred. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license within South Dakota or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• LPN experience highly preferred; must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities or Assisted Living settings.
• Aide with daily activities and pass medications.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals and observe patients for issues requiring changes in care, medication, or equipment.
