Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York for full-time daytime coverage at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate medication administration, and reliable care planning with the care team.

• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
