Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York for a full-time role at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility undergoing renovation. You will provide daily patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to update plans, while supporting leadership and residents.

The position offers a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and benefits upon hire. A compassionate, team-oriented approach and NY LPN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
