Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Utica, NY for a full-time role at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, collaborate with the care team, monitor vitals, and help update care plans, with a focus on recovery and compassionate, team-based care. Sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and health benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.

• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
