Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. The role offers full-time hours and pays $30.50–$34.50 per hour, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and Aetna health benefits beginning the month after hire.

You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain care plans and ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
