Quality Talent Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time role at a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York.

The position offers a pay rate of $30.50 to $34.50 per hour, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive health benefits through Aetna. You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to update plans and ensure compassionate, patient-centered support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in New York in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.

• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York
