Quality Talent Group is sourcing for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York for a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility undergoing renovation. The role offers a pay range of $30.50–$34.50 per hour with a full-time schedule and Aetna health benefits beginning after hire.

Responsibilities include administering medications, delivering direct resident care, and coordinating care plans with the team. A strong, compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated).

• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
