Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. This full-time position offers $30.50–$34.50 per hour with benefits and a supportive, patient-centered work environment.

You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to update care plans, while maintaining compassionate, professional service.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NY LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with staff.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
