Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support ongoing recovery in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.

• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.

Qualifications
