Job summary

Cortland Health and Rehab in Thomas, WV is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our dedicated clinical team. We offer Full-Time/Part-Time shifts from 7-7, with every other weekend required.

As an LPN, you will deliver direct nursing care per care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ well-being. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• LPN license in West Virginia is required.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

Choose the compensation option that works best for you:
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.
