Oakwood Health & Rehab Center in Bedford, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Join our clinical team to deliver high-quality care to residents in a top-rated long-term care facility.

We offer competitive pay ($31.00–$37.05/hr), shift differentials, sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for FT and $5,000 for PT, daily pay, comprehensive benefits, onboarding, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.

Full-Time: 7:00pm-7:00am, 3:00pm-11:00pm EOW

Rate of pay: $31.00/hr. to $37.05/ hr. (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
