Highland Ridge Rehab Center in Dublin, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Shifts are 7:00 pm–7:00 am with hourly pay between $31.00 and $35.45, plus shift differentials. We offer daily pay access, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with standards of practice and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures.
• Collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain resident information confidentiality and adhere to policies.

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
