Cortland Health and Rehab in Thomas, WV is hiring compassionate LPNs for full-time and part-time night shifts. Join a team dedicated to high-quality senior care and a supportive work environment. Earn $26.00-$29.73 per hour with options for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus or a higher hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in West Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Document accurately and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines.

Every other weekend required.

NO PRNS at this time.

Rate of Pay: $26.00-$29.73

Choose the compensation option that works best for you:

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
• Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.
