Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in the Sioux Falls, SD area seeks licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time or full-time contract staffing in long-term care facilities and assisted living settings. The role includes daily activities assistance, medication administration, and mobility support.

Shifts available days, evenings, nights; 8, 10 or 12 hour options, with weekly pay. Active LPN license and multi-state eligibility preferred; 18+; prior LPN experience valued.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercisesCheck vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
