Job summary

Community Care Physicians in Albany Family Medicine is seeking a Full Time LPN to join their team for a 40-hour work week, 8:00am to 4:30pm. The role includes administering vaccines, documenting visits, maintaining patient flow, and working with EMR in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour, with a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500. CCP provides a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech acceptable.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and infection control.

Responsibilities

Our Albany Family Medicine is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team! This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: 8:00am - 4:30pm.

This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
