Job summary

Careringhealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Idaho to provide practical nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for nursing care, observing clients' status, promoting independence, and utilizing electronic documentation. Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Accepts assignments of clients from the R.N. Case Manager, provides nursing care through the utilization of the home assessment, nursing diagnoses, and physician-approved care plans. Performs treatment(s) ordered by the physician and delegated by the R.N. Case Manager.
• Observes signs and symptoms and reports them to the R.N. Case Manager.
• Notes changes in physical or emotional status of clients.
• Promotes client and caregiver independence in self-care.
• Utilizes electronic documentation of client care; complies with Agency policies regarding timeliness in submission of documentation and synchronization of data.
• Follows Agency policies regarding universal precautions, and safety guidelines.
• Fulfills other assignments as requested by the R.N. Case Manager, VP of Clinical Services, or Director of Professional Services.
