Job summary

Home Recovery-HomeAid, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide practical nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a home-care setting.

You will accept client assignments from the RN Case Manager, perform physician-approved care plans, and document care electronically in compliance with agency policies. The role emphasizes safety, patient independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Virginia.
• Has a minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Has current CPR certification.
• Has excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills.
• Is able to function with minimal supervision.
• Is able to manage multiple projects/changing priorities.
• Is able to employ critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows Agency policies regarding universal precautions, and safety guidelines.
• Fulfills other assignments as requested by the R.N. Case Manager, VP of Clinical Services, or Director of Professional Services.
