Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver one-to-one home health care for pediatric and adult patients in Scranton, PA and surrounding areas.

We offer weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules with competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• LPN license required and in good standing.
• Ability to provide one-to-one home health care.
• Experience delivering pediatric and adult home health services.

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment.
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments; coordination of care.
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician.
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Service Location: Scranton, Pa and surrounding areas
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $27-$32 per hour

Immediate Need:
Scranton, PA: Weekend Day Shift 8am-4pm

Factoryville, PA: 12-16 hours/night shift. Vents/g-tube. There is a dog in the home.
