Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in home or school settings.
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the clinical team.
• Report changes in client condition to Clinical Manager and physician.
• Educate and train family members on health management.

Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need: Danville, PA: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm, home hours & school accompaniment

Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies

• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements
