Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an LPN to administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate with the care team, patient and family, and referring agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR and hepatitis profile, and a state driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and benefits in a national provider network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state.
• Two years of LPN experience, home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and hepatitis profile.
