Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Durant, OK is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse.

You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient's family, and referral agencies, bringing compassion, reliability, and strong clinical skills to every visit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile.
