Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under RN supervision in Des Moines, IA. You will coordinate with the care team, patients, and families to deliver high-quality home health services.

• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
