Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under RN supervision. You will coordinate with the care team and family to ensure high-quality, compassionate service in a home health setting.

Qualified candidates will have an LPN license, a valid driver’s license, CPR/Hepatitis proof, and at least two years of LPN experience, preferably in home health. We offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.

About the position:
