Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families across ages and settings.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.

• The primary function is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in clients' homes.

About the position:
