Angels Care Home Health in Davenport, IA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes under RN supervision. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referral sources, ensuring high-quality, compassionate service.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, holds an active LPN license, has CPR certification, and possesses at least two years of LPN/home health experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision.

• Provide home health nursing in clients' residences.
• Document care and maintain accurate records.

About the position:

The primary function of the LPN is to administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for clients of all ages in their place of residence. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
